Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
We deliver nationwide across South Africa.
Standard Courier Delivery: R100 Flat rate. Free on orders over R1000
Estimated Delivery Time: 5 to 10 business days from the dispatch date.
Please note: Delivery times are estimates and may vary slightly depending on your location (main centers vs. outlying/regional areas).
How Do I Check the Status of My Order?
Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number and a link you can use to check its status. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to become active.
If you haven’t received your order within 12 business days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us via the Contact Us page on our website with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.
P.O. Boxes
Since we deliver via door-to-door courier services, we require a standard physical address for all deliveries. We do not deliver to P.O. Boxes.
Damaged or Missing Packages
If your package arrives damaged or fails to arrive within the expected timeframe, please reach out immediately via our website's contact form so our team can assist you with a carrier trace or replacement.
